Beyoncé performs with the Dixie Chicks and it’s magic.

My, that was fun but never again, moment. Being an extra means 12 hours on set on a Saturday doing almost nothing.

This hilarious article about American Girl Dolls. Betch.

This amazing track from Emily Otis and Sotr Caf.

Looking forward to watching this, this, this, and this movie.

I’ve been reading Kaylah’s for four or five years now, and a few weeks ago she recommended Alexandra’s blog.. basically saying if you like my blog, you’ll like her blog. And I was like YEP, welcome to the bookmarks bar. Alexandra adventures like I wish I would. She goes to all these unique places, takes great pictures, and gives you a little mini tour with facts and tips if you plan to visit. She has definitely been inspiring me to go on my own adventures, so if you enjoy my sparse content under the Adventures tab, her blog is like the much more frequently updated legit version.

I love to start “series” posts and then never continue in the series, so here’s another one of those.. maybe.

Who else is thrilled it’s Friday? Here’s some videos, articles, blog posts, blogs, podcasts, and/or whatever else I discovered this week that I think you should take a few minutes out of your Friday to enjoy. As well as a few pictures I took.

Remember how I talked about brand image and blogs this week.. so did two of my favorite blogs.. trendsetter much? Kaylah talked about how much she’s grown over the years, and how she’s ready to start sharing more of that on her blog. And then Elsie talked about sometimes overthinking posts, styled blogs, and finding balance in your blog.

I was listening to one of my many podcasts, 99% Invisible, while stuck in traffic last night. Their latest episode, McMansion Hell: The Devil is in the Details, spoke directly to designer brain. I will now be a frequenter of McMansionHell.com by Kate Wagner.

I’ve always been a Regina Spektor fan (like cried-at-her-concert fan) . Her new album, Remember Us to Life, came out at the end of September. Here’s an interview from Noisey made me love her even more.

Speaking of music, THIS GEM, came out today. SIRES has been working on Soul for Sale for like.. literally ever. Okay it felt like that in the fan girl world. I love this band with my whole heart and I hope that you’ll support them by listening, sharing, and buying their amazing music.

Lastly.. Michelle Obama’s dress at their last state dinner, here. And anxiously awaiting the premiere of The Crown!
